1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, interacting with our breeding farm, or purchasing heritage poultry stock, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms govern all interactions with Ashcombe Heritage Fowl and apply to all prospective buyers, farm visitors, and clients.

2. Breeding Standards & Availability

Our farm prioritizes the preservation of premium heritage bloodlines over mass production. As such, the availability of specific poultry stock and hatching eggs is subject to natural breeding cycles and seasonal conditions.

• All livestock descriptions accurately reflect our exacting farm standards at the time of publication.
• We reserve the right to withhold sale if a specific bloodline requires recovery or resting periods to maintain genetic integrity.
• Reservations for future stock are binding only once formally confirmed by our farm office.

3. Biosecurity & Animal Welfare

Maintaining superior flock health is our primary operational mandate. All transactions and interactions are subject to our strict biosecurity protocols.

Buyers must ensure they have adequate, secure, and humane housing for any purchased poultry. We reserve the unrestricted right to refuse a sale or cancel a reservation if we determine that the welfare of the animal may be compromised, or if the buyer fails to demonstrate adequate knowledge of heritage poultry care.

4. Purchases & Collection

All livestock sales are final upon collection from our premises. Due to the strict biosecurity requirements of a working breeding farm, returns of live animals are strictly prohibited once they have left our controlled environment.

Buyers are fully responsible for providing appropriate and safe transport for their stock. Any risk associated with transport transfers to the buyer immediately upon collection.
